Residents attended a branding workshop to discuss ideas for the new look Birkenhead & Tranmere Neighbourhood Planning Forum.

The aim of workshop, which was held at St Catherine’s Community Centre in Tranmere, was to invite the community to help create ideas for a clear brand identity.

The workshop was led by Brand Solutions, a Wirral marketing, design and PR company. Brand had been appointed by the Forum to develop the brand identity and, beyond this, a website.

Philip Barton, Chair of Birkenhead & Tranmere Neighbourhood Planning Forum, outlined the aims and objectives of the organisation.

A number of workshop exercises were then held which would help inform the branding work, including a consideration of colours and iconic buildings and locations associated with the area.

The meeting closed at 8.30pm with Brand tasked with taking the findings from the workshop and developing into a number of brand identity options for the Forum.
